Récupérer le droit de naissance d’Être Soi, ici et maintenant en plongeant ensemble dans des danses, postures et gestes faits par l’humanité depuis la nuit des temps.
La journée consiste en moments de partage sous forme de cercle de parole, de 2 vivencias et d’un repas partagé (potluck) entre les deux.
Ces journées s’adressent à des personnes ayant déjà une certaine expérience en Biodanza.

These days are an invitation to rediscover the elements and, through our movement and dance, foster a kind of intimate recognition, connection, and resonance. Dancing the elements is responding to an inner call for greater coherence, presence, and unity... which, perhaps, contributes to the manifestation of our identity that is both unique and universal.

She combines various techniques to create authentic breath choreographies that promote freedom, well-being, and expansion.
