It is with a heart full of joy that I invite you to join me on Sunday, September 21, to celebrate the fall equinox by breathing...

In the midst of the hectic start to September, I invite you to take a break, slow down for a day, breathe, and enjoy the beauty of this moment of transformation and balance that this time of year offers us. Like nature, we can refocus and begin the movement from the outside, from expansion to the inside, the return to our inner selves.
