Biodanza invites us to dance this passage, to awaken the vibrant connection that unites us to the movement of life, to celebrate together the breath of hope and renewal.
A moment to honor the silence of winter, welcome the reborn glow, and let our bodies open to the returning light.

A Day of Biodanza and Images
A moment to sow, dance, dream...
and welcome what wants to be born within you.
A day to dance and express what within us wants to unfold in this new year.
Everything is already there, in potential. Biodanza invites us to feel it... and to give it permission to exist, to reveal itself.
The day will continue with a potluck (bring food to share) and a collage workshop, to bring to light the messages of your unconscious.
