About Pablo
Juan Pablo Escorcia is a political scientist, ontological coach, Biodanza instructor, organizational consultant, and entrepreneur with over 20 years of international experience.
His work integrates the Biocentric Principle with systemic and regenerative approaches to organizational development, bridging the gap between human relational depth and structural clarity and strategic impact.
He has designed and facilitated transformation processes for NGOs, businesses, public institutions, and educational organizations in Europe, Latin America, Africa, and elsewhere.
As a Biodanza instructor, he possesses a deep understanding of experiential methodology; as a consultant, he brings expertise in leadership, communication, monitoring and evaluation, as well as organizational change management.
As part of this specialization, he supports teachers in translating Biodanza into credible and effective organizational interventions without losing its essence.
His intention is to expand the professional scope of Biodanza in contemporary organizational contexts with rigor and integrity.
